“We’re especially excited about a 6-unit historic church conversion in Gloucester City, NJ — a unique adaptive reuse project that blends preservation with smart urban infill. It’s the kind of development that exemplifies our creativity, construction capabilities, and commitment to thoughtful housing solutions.

We’re also actively building 869 N 43rd Street, a ground-up four-unit project in West Philadelphia, and gearing up for 5151 Girard Avenue, a larger multifamily development in a fast-evolving corridor. Each of these projects reflects our strategy of investing in neighborhoods with strong fundamentals and long-term upside.”
